教育背景要求：

CORE RESPONSIBILITY:

• Attend breakdowns, identify faults and problem solve, with minimal downtime to production.
• Work in a rotational shiftwork environment.
• Carry out the diagnosis of faults, maintenance, and repairs to all types of plant and equipment in a safe, timely, and professional manner and return equipment to operational service.
• Estimate the length of time required to complete a job and the likely consequences of failure to complete work within required timescales.
• Identify and escalate any activity that has the potential to cause harm or damage.
• Report breakdown root causes, equipment faults, and concerns to direct report.
• Ensure all work is undertaken to a high-quality standard and adheres to all quality standard regulations.
• Ensure company targets are met in respect of the quality of parts produced.
• Identify spare requirements and log usage.
• Carry out PPM schedules as necessary and planned work orders as required and provide feedback to develop the system.
• Assist with the moving, installation, and repositioning of machines and equipment.
• Fill in job tickets/log the completion of work on the work request form.
• Work within the 5S (Sort, Set In Order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain) methodology to maintain the workplace to a high standard.
• Ensure all lost time and minor and trivial accidents are reported to direct report.
• Promote environmental issues and ensure all company procedures are understood and followed.
• Ensure a safe working environment exists for self and colleagues, ensuring all health, safety environmental, and quality management procedures are followed and achieve the company’s and departmental KPI targets.
• Participate in a root cause analysis discussion and resolve problems.

OTHER ASSIGNED RESPONSIBILITY:

• Operate Forklift Truck and lifting equipment.
• Working with vendors and contractors as needed
• Take care of all tooling and properties given to them.
• Ensure all personal protective equipment is identified, always available, and correctly used and all associated problems are reported to management.

EDUCATION BACKGROUND REQUIREMENTS:

• SPM, Certificate in Electrical/Mechanical/Mechatronic or Diploma in Mechatronic/Electrical/Mechanical, or any equivalent. PW4, A0 and A1 certificates will be an advantage.
• More than one year of proven experience as maintenance technician in manufacturing environment.
• Hands on troubleshooting experience as a maintenance technician
