Responsibilities:

• Design and draft of the following I&C drawings/documents for Combined Cycle, Cogen and Thermal Power Plants , including but not limited to:

1. Plant Control system Configuration
2. Control Room and Electronic equipment room layout
3. Instrument and Junction Box location plan
4. Instrument and Control Cable schedule
5. Instrument cable routing, hook up, loop and grounding drawings
6. Control Logic Diagrams
7. CCTV and Communication system block diagram and layout etc.

• Estimate Instrument BOQ for junction boxes, instrument installation materials and instrument and control cables, communication cables etc.
• Prepare 3D modelling inputs to piping for instrumentation items
• Ensure timely submission of drawings and documents by monitoring drawing schedule for submission of documents
• Collaborate with coordinate with other engineering disciplines and site team during detailed engineering, construction and commissioning stage
• Any other duties to be assigned from time to time

Pre-requisites:

• Diploma in Instrumentation and control system or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience in EPC power plant and/or industrial plant projects
• Familiar with Singapore regulations and practices
• Knowledge of Industrial software (like Smart Plant Instrumentation)
• Ability to work independently and in teams whenever required
