An opportunity now exists for an experienced, Electrical Maintenance Technician to join their highly skilled Electrical Engineering Team. An immediate start is available for this role and the right individual.
Electrical Maintenance Technician - Package Details
- £31,000 to £34,000
- Call Out Bonus after a qualifying period (1 in 4 Rota)
- Days Based Position (Monday to Friday)
- Life Assurance & Access to Pension Scheme
Electrical Maintenance Technician - Requirements
- Educated to a minimum City & Guilds level 3 or similar in a practical Electrical discipline
- Ideally hold a recognised Electrical Apprenticeship
- 18th Edition Electrical Wiring Regulation would be beneficial
- CompEx qualification would be extremely beneficial (Ex01-04) & (Ex05-06)
- Previous experience of working within a COMAH registered facility would be highly desirable
- Strong understanding of ATEX requirements would be beneficial
Electrical Maintenance Technician - Responsibilities
- Electrical preventative and reactive maintenance work in an industrial manufacturing environment
- Electrical plant installation and modification
- Statutory inspections
- The use of Computerised Maintenance Management Systems
- Use and interpret equipment drawings, manuals and other technical information to assist with all works
- Work in accordance with the company safe systems of work and permit to work systems
