Who We Need
The Facilities Management Senior / Technician will assist supervisor for daily function and maintenance of facilities. The responsibility is to ensure the Hospital buildings, mechanical and electrical equipment are in good functioning order.
The responsibilities are as stated below.
- Carry out day to day repairs & maintenance of facilities to meet requirements.
- Assist to carry out the Planned Preventive Maintenance Program for the Hospital buildings in accordance to schedule and specification.
- Request on matters concerning the parts replacement and repairs; maintenance and service activities of all the mechanical and electrical equipment in the Hospital.
- Observe the contractors works according to requirements and to conduct the supervision on works related to the Hospital buildings; mechanical and electrical systems.
- Attend to the request on purchases of equipment or spare parts.
- Maintain the orderliness and cleanliness of all maintenance workshops, plant rooms, stores and offices.
- Attend to all assigned tasks keep work record of all repair works carried out through web-based work request system (CMMS).
How to Succeed
- Minimum a Nitec / NTC 2 in electrical, carpentry, plumbing, mechanical, airconditioning, buildings.
- 3 to 5 years’ relevant experience in Building, Mechanical & Electrical maintenance.
- Possesses hands-on experience in Facilities Management processes.
- Able to perform 3 rotating shifts (7 hours per shift, 6 days week).
- Required to work on weekends & public holiday.
