Main aspects of the role:

• Experience with continuous improvement techniques, Lean & Six sigma advantageous
• Previous experience creating and maintaining production schedule
• Experience working with timber and painting systems, including the use of spray booths
• Computer literate, proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Experience building and managing teams of production employees

* Preparing all packs and boxes for dispatch
* Quality checking produce - ensuring it is correct and of the highest standards expected
* Maintain a food-safe sanitary environment at all times

Skills/Physical Requirement/Environment:
* Manual handling knowledge. Regularly lift and/or move 25kg's
* Regularly required to walk, stand, push
* Regularly exposed to work near packed meat products
* Excellent attention to detail

The Production Improvement Operator position involves providing essential assistance in project design and the implementation of innovative concepts within both lineside and production areas. The primary responsibilities include maintaining painting and conducting minor constructional activities as directed by the Operations Management Team.

Main duties and responsibilities will include (but not limited to):

• Hands on improvement to the facility via construction methods, to include joinery, painting etc.
• Acting as an Ambassador of Lean tools and techniques ensuring that existing process improvements are being sustained.
• For the assistance in project design and implementations of new concepts in both lineside and production areas.
• To be responsible for the up keep of painting/minor constructional activities directed by the Operations Management Team.
• To provide constructional support across to the Continuous Improvement Team.
• To provide lineside 5S / Lean support at Wembley
• To provide integral support to the operations team's overall objectives.
• To be able to support the Continuous Improvement Team with Kaizen activities.
• Support the Continuous Improvement Team with developing layouts, maximising Lean principles and implementing best practices.
• identify any new training requirements required with storage/ lineside constructional facilities and implement in accordance with company trainers.

Candidate requirements:

• Good Level of education particularly Maths and English.
• City & Guilds in Construction or painting / decorating.

We are seeking a highly motivated manager to join our 3rd line Production Support team within Man Technology. The Production Support team work alongside our software engineers to build, maintain, and support the complex systems that support Man Group’s central departments and platform. Essential

• Proven experience in a management or team leadership role within an Application or Production support function
• A strong track record of managing the availability and performance of a complex application ecosystem
• Knowledge of financial markets, asset management processes, and market data
• A good understanding of core Infrastructure components supporting an application and approaches to troubleshoot them – Windows, Linux, Kafka & MSMQ, load balancing
• Scripting ability in languages such as Python, PowerShell or Go.

Role:

• Drive customer delivery performance to supply both internal and external customers

• Help to develop Supply Plans for production areas, both unconstrained, and by understanding resource and material challenges causing constraints to output
• Ensure timely material ordering (internal stock orders / external supplier purchases) and management of schedule changes

• Ensure corresponding ERP data accuracy of item master parameters / settings
• Provide data and analysis to both solve material related problems and drive continuous process improvement

Qualification needed :

• HNC/HND/degree level or equivalent in an approved Engineering subject.
• Recognised Engineering Apprenticeship or equivalent industry experience.
• EASA regulations, including Part-M and Part-145
• Understanding of Aircraft Maintenance Planning
• Aircraft technical knowledge

This Production Coordinator position is on a permanent basis and has become available due to continued growth and expansion. In this role you will be the main IT technical person supporting all IT systems across the business unit. You will be responsible for monitoring progress of equipment to ensure turn times and customer requirements are met.
