About the role and responsibilities:

• You will be responsible for setting up and running manufacturing equipment when required.
• Picking / packing
• Lifting, loading and unloading heavy equipment and transporting it throughout the warehouse
• Adhere to health and safety procedures
• Working along a production line in a fast paced environment
• General warehouse duties

Working hours are Monday - Friday with a range of shift patterns such as 6:00am - 14:00pm, 14:00pm - 22:00pm, 8:00am, 17:00pm.

The rate of pay is £11.44ph

They have facilities across the UK and are looking for new talent to join our team in Burnley.
As a Multi Skilled Production Operative you will support the manufacturing operations in a variety of areas across the site. This will predominantly be in the slitting, lamination and print departments.
Full training will be provided.
We are looking for proactive, positive and enthusiastic individuals, with a can-do attitude and who strive for continual improvement.

Working 12 hour shifts on a rotating weekly basis - this consists of:
Week 1 - 3 X 6am-6pm shifts between Monday - Friday
Week 2 - 4 X 6pm-6am shifts between Monday - Friday
This works out at an average of 40 hours per week
Candidates must be flexible to work both days and nights

Salary: Starting at £27,860 per annum (£13.39 per hour) you can earn up to £31,202 per annum (£15 per hour) as you progress through their bespoke training programme.

Once permanent you will be eligible for the following benefits:

Assembly / Warehouse Operatives required in the Blackpool area - ASAP start

The Recruitment Co are currently recruiting for production and assembly operatives to work for an established business in the Blackpool area on an ongoing temporary basis.

The role will be working in either an early or late shift pattern, as part of a busy production department. The role will involve assembly and production work as well working within and assisting the warehouse department.

Candidates will be starting on a temporary basis, however permanent positions will be available for the right candidate after a trial period.
