As one of our Recovery Drivers you will be working in a fast passed ever changing working environment, facilitating the rescue and recovery of our vast customer base.

If you have the drive and experience to work in a fast-paced recovery role and are looking to work in a supportive and welcoming environment, we will provide and encourage to help grow your skills and career.

Key Skills

-Experience within the recovery industry desirable but not essential
-Full valid driving Licence
-A minimum of a Category C Driving Licence, along with DCPC and a Digital Drivers Card

-Approval required to support Police Force roadside operations
-Excellent geographical knowledge of the UK

• Pay rate: £12.00
• Rotational shifts Working Hours: 06:00-14:00 & 14:00-22:00
• Working Days: Monday - Friday
• Overtime 1.25 x basic rate, after 40h/week
• 30 minutes unpaid break

Role of a Production Operative:

• Working within a busy/fast paced environment which requires a high level of dexterity and accuracy.
• Manual weighing out of ingredients of bags up to 25kg - following a recipe.
• Quality checking and reporting results
• Working to a schedule as part of a team
• Clean-down the station between batches and allergens
• Checking of batches & quantities
• Following company procedures, ensure products are processed and packed safely and to the right quantity and quality.
• Checking documentation to ensure products are packed in line with specification.
• Complete all health and safety checks and actions in line with company procedure.
• Ensure working area is always kept clean and tidy applying "a clean as you go process".
• Workers will be trained on several different tasks within the production area and may be required to move
• between tasks/activities throughout the day.

Assembly / Warehouse Operatives required in the Blackpool area - ASAP start

Machine Operator required for busy local manufacturer in Blackpool starting ASAP!

This role will involve running machinery in a mechanical production environment as well as general production operative duties as and when required. Applicants should have experience running/operating machinery as part of a mechanical/light engineering background.

This role will be working Monday-Friday 8am - 4:30pm and will be an ongoing temporary role with a view to a permanent position for the right candidate after a trial period.

What does your typical day look like?

You will be responsible for delivery of the site production plan, whilst ensuring our people are kept safe , well and competent.
To develop a continuous improvement culture that results in high performance . Supporting and driving improvement plans,
delivering site budgets and keeping our customers happy .



Other key actions will be but not limited to:

- adhere to and deliver the site labour standard, managing overtime figures in line with budget

- Ensure our people are trained to run the lines efficiently ad to legal requirements

- keep our people safe, ensure risk assessments , safety inspections and accident investigations are completed to the correct
standard and timescales

- Manage absence to deliver budget

- resolve any time & attendance or payroll queries
