Responsibilities

• Operate various production machinery and equipment efficiently while following safety guidelines and standard operating procedures.
• Assemble products or components as per production specifications and quality requirements.
• Conduct regular quality checks and inspections to ensure finished products meet quality standards. Report any issues or defects to the supervisor.
• Load and unload materials onto production lines and maintain an organized work area.
• Monitor the production process and make adjustments to maintain quality and efficiency. Notify maintenance staff of any equipment malfunctions.
• Complete necessary production records, including work orders, logs, and inspection reports.
• Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate protective equipment to ensure a safe working environment.
• Perform routine cleaning and basic maintenance of machines and workspaces to maintain a tidy and safe working area.

Requirements:

• Minimum SPM level.
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred.
• Ability to operate machinery and understand technical processes. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• Good physical health, with the ability to perform repetitive tasks.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.

• Perform and maintain accurate computer transactions in line with Distribution and Inventory Management systems

• Support the STS in the development of risk assessment, creation of job safety assessment and participate in HAZOP when required.
• Develop Standard Operating Procedures as part of change control and perform periodic review.
• Assist in all commissioning, qualification and validation activities as necessary.
