• You will operate multiple types of hydraulic boon cranes to load, unload, move, and position heavy material and equipment.
• You will work from hand, radio, and other approved types of signals to position items where is there restricted maneuverability.

• You will use load charts to determine crane's lifting capacity in relation to the position of the boom and to compensate for variations in a crane's lifting capacity.

Performs a wide range of warehousing activities, including receiving, storing, and shipping a variety of supplies, materials, equipment, and resale merchandise. Operates one or more motor vehicles including platform trucks, and van trucks, which typically have an approximate gross vehicle weight (GVW) of no more than 26,000 lbs.    Vehicles are driven on the basis of either specific trip assignments or regularly established schedules over public roads at highway speed. Adheres to all state, local and installation traffic laws and ordinances.  Ensures cargo is protected from weather and is properly distributed and secured to prevent damage or loss during transit.  Complies with applicable safety requirements.  Checks material loaded or delivered against various documents for accountability.

• Responsible for delivery of all solutions for NRCS including recommendations by teams for new cloud technologies in alignment with ISD governance processes.
• Oversee acquisition planning, monitoring, and management of IT Contracts that support delivery of solutions for NRCS.
• Coordination with IT operations staff managing on premise and cloud-based operations to ensure Solutions have required support to meet solution delivery.

1. Operates gas and/or diesel-powered tractor drawn and tractor powered mowing equipment, including back-hoe, front-end loader, fairway mower, rough mower, a gang real mower, off-set counter-balanced rotary mower, aerator, fertilizer spreader and rod cutter on level or rolling terrain.

2. Operates a dump truck and other types of heavy-duty equipment, such as brush hog, rotary mowers, trim mowers, greens mowers, collar mowers, tee mowers, aerators, plows, chippers, diggers, and backhoes needed to do daily maintenance, make special repairs, and to do pruning, trimming or planting.

3. Digs trenches, cleans ditches and removes weeds around buildings, fences, trees, shrubbery, sidewalks, roads and other such locations as required.

4. Makes operational inspections of vehicles for loose parts, damaged or worn tires, proper oil level, battery conditions and similar items. Checks presence and usability of assigned equipment. Cleans assigned vehicles and equipment. Performs work relating to the operation, inspection, minor construction, repair, and maintenance of facility real and personal property, as required.

5. Performs other related duties as assigned.

• Responsible for the general care and upkeep of golf tees, fairways, bunkers, hazards, putting greens, golf flags, sand traps, and other facilities on golf courses, lawn bowling greens, and other special lawn areas.
