Lean Manufacturing Apprenticeship Tutor - September / October start
to £27k plus Company car, 22 days holidays plus bank holidays, rising to 27 after your first year, healthcare, pension, CPD, support and lots of other brilliant benefits
Full Time Permanent - Lancashire, North West, some travel out to Yorkshire, travel will include going out to learners in their workplaces - mainly face to face with some remote working.

This is an exciting opportunity for a talented individual to join a top-quality Training Provider with a proven track record in the Training and Development sector.
Applicants should ideally have experience in working in General Manufacturing Operations. This experience will have been demonstrated within the last few years.
We are looking to employ an individual to deliver the Lean Manufacturing Operative Level 2 standard who have the following qualities.
• A manufacturing background.
• Focused on developing the potential in people.
• Personable and engaging.
• Organised and motivated.
• Enthusiastic and professional.
• Good maths, English and ICT skills.
• An existing teaching/assessor qualification would be an advantage but is not essential as training will be provided.
The role will include high quality training, coaching, support, planning, monitoring and formal reviewing of the apprentice’s progress from the start through to the End Point Assessment.
You will be required to identify opportunities to bring in more learner vacancies and work with other departments to ensure the overall success of the business.
Reporting to the Apprenticeship Manager, the role will be to deliver innovative teaching and learning sessions to all allocated apprentices.
