Job Title: Assistant Production Manager

Location: Batam

Salary up to: $4K

Responsibilities:

• Organize the daily activities to ensure smooth operations
• Provide appropriate training, as well as maintain and evaluate training records of production personnel
• Ensure product quality and production efficiency by close monitoring of production processes and implementing appropriate corrective actions
• Initiate the appropriate reaction plan for unstable or non-capable characteristics, and records specific actions in the appropriate form
• Enforce corrective and safe work practices and maintain good housekeeping
• Organize to meet customers' dateline with the process engineers and technicians
• Initiate corrective actions and stop production when product quality does not conform to specifications
• Make improvements to the machine parameter setting and advice on the amendment of operation instruction
• Support additional production-related projects or tasks as required by the management
• Take reasonable care of workplace health and safety; abide by all EHS policies and procedures; cooperate with management and colleagues in EHS initiatives
• Any other duties as and when assigned

Requirements:

• NITEC/ITC/NTC/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering/Manufacturing
• 2-4 years of supervisory experience
• Production process (Plastic processing) knowledge is advantageous
• Independent and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

Job Title: Manufacturing Engineer

Location: Tampines

Working Days and Hours: 12 hours,4-3-3-4 Perm Night shift

Working Hours 8 pm-8 am

Basic Salary start from $3500 to $4,000

Shift Allowance: Night Shift $30

Job Title: Production Manager
Location: Tuas
Working Day: Monday -Friday
Working Hours: 7.45 am - 4.45 pm
Salary: up to $4000 (Depends on experience)

Job Duties:

• Manages manpower & packaging material resources to meet customer on time delivery
• Manages production planning activities to optimize resources in meeting customer order fulfillment.
• Coordinate with other departmental heads in meeting common Company objectives
• Ensure accurate inventory control in the production shop floor
• Ensure safe & proper housekeeping in the production shop floor · Drive continuous improvement in the production packaging related processes
• Ensure compliance to ISO procedures, GMP and all other regulatory requirements
• Undertakes to carry out any other duties as assigned by the superior / management

Job Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in Production Management or equivalent
• Good written and verbal communication skills.

Job Title: Engineering Assistant (Production)

Job Responsibilities:

• Closely monitor SPC parameters and control charts.
• Take actions to improve tool capability performance
• Investigate quality issues and perform 1st level troubleshooting
• Escalate unresolved issues to Supervisor and Technology Engineers
• Control the dispatching of product to tool
• Advise which product can be run on which tool.
• Control high risk materials (Sawmarks, chips, MRB lots, etc.) to run on restricted tools.
• Escalate problematic tools to Technology for resolution

Requirements:

• Diploma in any Technical discipline preferably with minimum 1 year of working experience
• Those without Diploma but with at least 5 years of hands-on working experience will also be considered.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be willing to work 12-hours shift schedule either permanent or rotating.
• Able to do 12 hours permanent or rotating shift.
