Lead Print Operator
Our client, based in Foston, are a leading food packaging printing company that are currently seeking an experienced Lead Print Operator to join their growing team.
The perfect candidate will be responsible for assisting the Operations Manager with all aspects of the production and printing process.
The Role:
Lead and motivate the production and printing team
Work with the Operations Manager to develop and implement production plans
Have experience in running modern printing machinery within a high quality environment.
Running a printing press.
The Candidate:
Proven experience in leadership within a printing Industry
Experience within the packaging print industry
Proactive in regard to action and an enthusiasm for continuous improvement
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Strong communication, emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
Salary & Benefits
This a full time permanent job role with the competitive salary between £30,000 - £48,000 per annum depending on experience and shift flexibility.
Hours
Set day shift - Monday to Friday 08:00 - 17:00
3 shift rotation, 06:00 - 14:00, 22:00 - 06:00 and 14:00 - 22:00 rotating weekly.
