Customer Experience Call Centre Operator ** 3 months as a Temp - then promoted to Permanent ** ** $30-$34 per hr Super ** ** Start date: End of Jan 2024 (interviews need to be complete by December 5) ** ** Mon to Fri office based - 9-5 pm ** WOW Recruitment is looking for a Customer Experience Contact Centre Operator to support our healthcare client, based 5 days in the office in Pyrmont, Sydney. Our client is an Australian-owned and operated not-for-profit that specialises in hearing aids. This organisation offers solutions and services to help transform the lives of people with hearing loss. The ideal candidate will have a can-do attitude and understand the importance of creating and maintaining customer relationships with a predominantly older clientele. Previous hearing or health related industry experience would be highly regarded but is not essential.
