• Assist in day-to-day accounting and finance operations.
• Perform administrative duties such as filing, data entry, data compilation, etc.

Requirements

• 在新產品批量生產前對進度進行監控和執行SPC。
• 確保所有產品都有適當的工程文件和工作手冊。
• 從新項目到零件批准階段與其他部門的合作包括參加NPEA會議和能力審查會議。

• 至少獲得工程文憑或同等學歷，並在塑膠射出製造環境中擁有至少 2 年相關經驗。
• 擅長分析根本原因並使用統計圖表。

Job Responsibilities:

• To coordinate new test run of new mould supplied by customer or in-house tooling.
• To establish process that produces the best product quality with minimum cycle time at the same time taking care of machine and mould safety.
• To perform evaluation of new or existing mould, new product and machines: anticipate specific problem from machine, process, mould or material.
• To perform interior product analysis and investigation.
• To perform process improvement and contribute ideas for project further improvement.
• To interact with the counterpart on the customer side on any technical and quality issues when required.
• To monitor and perform SPC on new product before mass production on progress.
• To ensure proper engineering documentation and working manual for all products.
• To collaborate with other departments from new project till part approval stage included attending NPEA meeting and Capability Review Meeting.

Requirements:

• Process at least Diploma in Engineering or equivalent with at least 2 years relevant experience in a Plastic Injection Molding manufacturing environment.
• Excellent in analysis of root causes and use statistical chart.
• Strong planning, analytical thinker and problem solving skill.
• Good interpersonal skill, ability to work as part of team, to motivate team efforts and to deliver targets within realistic timelines.
• Pro- active and able to work independently with minima supervision.

Tugas dan Tanggung Jawab

• Melakukan perencanaan terkait pelaksanaan proyek, kebutuhan SDM, pekerja lapangan harian, borongan dan subcontractor.
• Melaksanakan proses pengorganisasian dengan seluruh pekerja pelaksana proyek.
• Melakukan monitoring progress dan kualitas pada setiap tahap pelaksanaan proyek.
• Melakukan monitoring biaya pelaksanaan dan memastikan adanya profit biaya dalam pelaksanan proyek
• Berkoodinasi dengan pihak owner project/ manajemen kontruksi (MK), terkait semua hal yang berhubungan dengan pelaksanaan proyek. (material approval, schedule, dan progress pelaksanaan dan serah terima)
• Berkoodinasi dengan pihak building management terkait perijinan kerja, testing, ceklist, dan juga proses serah terima.
• Melakukan penilaian kinerja dan ikut serta bersama management untuk merencanakan jenjang karir seluruh karyawan proyek.
• Melaporkan secara rutin progress pelaksanaan serta progress tagihan kepada Direksi.
