As a Supervisory IT Project Manager (Director), you will:

• Have technical responsibility for leading, planning, developing, implementing, Technology (IT) application projects for the Treasury shared service offering within the HR Line of Business.
• Oversee the work of subordinate staff members who are engaged in the management of significant IT projects, essential to the shared service mission of the Department and impactful to the customer population exceeding 200,000 users on a long-term or continuing basis.
• Provide all necessary coordination in the review and approval of proposed projects, proposed application projects, and exercises full project management responsibility for planning, administrating, budgeting, training, organizing, controlling, and reviewing the utilization of total project resources.

The Program Specialist serves as a Strategic Planner for Member Services (MS) within in the Directors Office (DO). As an advisor to the MS Executive Leadership Team and MS managers, the Strategic Planner provides advice on the formulation of strategic policies, plans, and programs. Major duties and responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:

• Responsible for Planning, Programming, budgeting, and Executing (PPB&E) process of assigned strategic initiatives or enterprise-wide projects. Responsible for planning and programming the steps required for the initiative, coordinating with stakeholders and action action officers to develop the human capital plan and budget plan.

Develops data capture and reporting procedures to track progress of quality program management initiatives, analyzes segments of business process or transactions and identifies indicators and emphasis areas for attention of operating managers and staff.

As an Information Technology Specialist (Applications Software) at the GS-2210-12, some of your typical work assignments may include:

• The design, documentation, development, modification, testing, installation, implementation, and support of new or existing applications software.
• Interactive communication with end users and OCA management.
• Evaluating new technologies, especially upgrades to existing development tools, to assure backwards compatibility with existing applications, to justify acquisition based on cost/benefit analysis, and potential for unresolved bugs which is common in new applications.

As a Community Project Specialist, you will:

1. Negotiate and oversees project plans, budgets and schedules with applicants and awardees to establish baselines and manage awards.
2. Manage all aspects of the of the project's finances. Oversees award funding and tracks financial obligations and expenses throughout the planning, execution, and close-out of awards.

As a Supervisory Business and Industry Analyst you will serve as an Acquisition Program Manager, responsible for leading the development, implementation, evaluation, and monitoring of contractual, financial, and technical aspects of the Organ Procurement and Transplantation Network (OPTN) Modernization Initiative.

Your major duties and responsibilities include:

• Providing expert advice, guidance and oversight of a complex acquisition portfolio containing high-visibility healthcare and information technology programs undergoing major modernization initiatives.
