• Provide a dedicated professional PA service to the Director of Transformation ensuring confidentiality, accuracy and discretion always.
• Ensure a professional image of the Hospital is maintained and a helpful and effective service is provided to all internal and external contacts.
• Acquire and maintain an awareness of issues and developments relevant to the work of the Director of Transformation & bring mailers to the Director’s attention as appropriate. Deal appropriately with issues of a highly confidential, complex and sensitive nature.
• Work with a minimum of supervision, with the ability to plan and prioritise one’s own work, deal with a range of ongoing tasks at the same time and to cope under pressure.
• Effectively manage the Director of Transformation’s electronic diary taking into consideration personal preferences for meeting timings. Plan and coordinate meetings liaising with other PAs as appropriate for suitable dates and book meeting rooms if required.
• Take responsibility for all aspects of arranging, coordinating and servicing meetings and other special events/conferences, arranging timetables, presenters etc.
• Using diverse software products utilise advanced IT skills to produce various high quality professionally presented reports, documents, slide presentations, maps, flowcharts and design and develop databases, paying attention to detail to ensure all documents are accurate before leaving the office.
