Role Description:
Our client is looking for a dynamic social-first Content Strategy Manager to lead the charge in crafting and executing impactful content strategies across platforms. This role requires a blend of creative vision, strategic thinking, and hands-on project management to ensure that client goals are met with precision and flair. You'll collaborate closely with clients and internal teams, oversee a talented group of content planners and strategists, and drive cohesive storytelling that delivers measurable results.
Responsibilities
Content Strategy Development
● Develop and manage multi-channel content strategies that align with client goals and
broader business objectives, ensuring a consistent and impactful brand voice.
Social Media and Content Campaigns
● Oversee the planning and execution of social media initiatives and content
campaigns, leveraging trends, analytics, and paid media to maximize engagement
and ROI.
Client and Account Management
● Serve as the main point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships,
addressing needs proactively, advising clients on emerging trends, and providing
regular updates on content performance and strategic goals.
Team Leadership and Collaboration
● Lead a team of content strategists and social media planners, setting clear
objectives, building team culture, empowering a high-performing team, and fostering
collaboration with content creation teams.
Project Management
● Oversee the execution of accounts and projects from conception to delivery,
managing timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure smooth operations and
high-quality output.
Performance Monitoring and Optimisation
● Analyze content performance using data-driven insights to refine strategies, identify
opportunities, and ensure campaigns exceed client expectations.
Trend Spotting and Innovation
● Stay ahead of social media trends, tools, and best practices to keep client content
fresh, relevant, and cutting-edge.
Requirement and Skills
- Degree in Communications, Digital Marketing or Business Management with relevant specialty
- 4-5 years in content strategy, social media management, or a related field, with experience in client and account management
- A proven track record and strong understanding of all social media platforms
- Masterful writing and storytelling abilities with a keen eye for design
- Proven track record of managing multi-channel campaigns and paid ads
- Proficiency in platforms such as Meta, LinkedIn, TikT ok, XHS, and Lemon8
- High level expertise in analytics reporting of all social media platforms like Meta Business Suite and Google Analytics
- Knowledge of tools like Notion, Canva, Adobe Photoshop, and Illustrator is a plus
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills
