The Cyber & Offensive Security Risk Lead will assist the Chief Information Security Officer to establish and maintain robust governance and oversight over the effectiveness of cyber risk management to ensure that the Bank’s technology and information assets are adequately protected.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assist with the development, review, update and/or roll-out of cyber risk-related framework, policy, and initiatives to facilitate effective risk management and governance over cyber risk management.

Provides PMO-related communications to stakeholders and updates PMO websites to reflect current PMO processes and resources. Maintains Project Management Office database to ensure project data is kept current.

As an IT Project Manager, you will:

• Ensure all DFC/OIT projects are proceeding according to timelines, meeting target expectations, and adhering to established operating parameters; negotiate changes in project resources as necessary to achieve objectives and timelines.

Must have Insurance OR Financial Services Industry Experience

As an Integrations Project Manager, you will be responsible for supporting and managing the overall integration process of businesses into the organisation's existing IT infrastructure. You will focus on leading and managing the overall integration process, from ececution and planning to post-implementation, ensuring successful integration outcomes and alignment with organisational goals.

• Minimum of 3 years' proven experience in IT integrations, ideally within a corporate setting involving multiple acquisitions.
• In-depth understanding of integration processes, data migration, and IT systems alignment.
• Proficiency in project management and collaboration tools, with experience managing complex projects involving various stakeholders.

Your role will involve defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables, while establishing project timelines and milestones to ensure adherence to plans, timelines, and budgets. You will coordinate cross-functional teams to define integration requirements, allocate resources, and monitor project progress. Additionally, you will manage stakeholder engagement activities, ensuring communication and alignment of integration objectives.
