Salary: £40,000 to £80,000 !!! dependant on experience, previous sales and location.

Car Allowance: c. £6,000pa Allowance or Electric Company Car like Tesla, Polestar, etc

Industry:

MUST have Fire Detection, Fire Protection, Fire Safety or Fire compliance sales experience selling Fire Risk assessment, Passive Fire solutions, Fire Alarm systems or Fire service contracts, Fire extinguishers in UK, so would work for FIA/ BAFE company.

Sales: - Would be used to generating £500,000 to £2 million of Fire sales in UK.

Business Planning and PCN Strategy Development Lead the development of a PCN strategic plan Identify new income streams and new services for network practices Support the strategic development of new services and participate in their evaluation Apply for PCN development funds and resources to help the network achieve its objectives. Look at PCN development nationally and advise the Clinical Directors and member practices on initiatives, policy development, best practice and funding streams Meetings Chair PCN meetings Attend countywide PCN meetings Be a point of contact for the Clinical Directors, Network practices, screening communication,correspondence and attend meetings as required Work with member practices to build a network identity and promote its ethos and values Represent the network at meetings with the ICB and other partners Work with other PCN Managers and Clinical Directors within the county Encourage and foster effective working relationships between networks and within the ILP Financial and contractual performance and financial reporting Work alongside the member Practicesto: Track Income and expenditure Provide financial reports to the network practices. What are the day-to-day responsibilities of the Projects and Installations Manager:

• Handling initial enquiries, arranging and attending Client Site Visits/Surveys
• Managing the project to ensure that it stays on budget and is completed within the allotted time frame
• Ensuring the client remains fully updated throughout the project
• Overseeing the recruitment and development of your team
• Supporting the directors to grow the department and wider business

Required Skills and Qualifications of the Projects and Installation Manager:

• Experience of working on similar projects would be advantageous, but finding the right person is more important
• First class communication skills, able to build and maintain strong relationships with colleagues, clients and other third party stakeholders/contractors
• Excellent organisational, planning and time management skills
• The desire and ability to help grow the division and wider business through proactive business development and networking
