JOB TITLE: SENIOR PROJECT EXECUTIVE

We are looking for a Senior Project Executive. He/she will be part of the Project Management team. A Senior Project Executive is responsible in managing short and long-term projects. Senior Project Executives are typically responsible for the coordination and completion of projects within the budget and time scope.

Job Requirements : 

1. Diploma or Degree in Computer Management, Computer Science, Network system, Computer/Information Technology, or any IT related field. Business or Management graduates are also encourage to apply.
2. Minimum 3 years working experience in related ICT field such as Computer Management, Computer Science, Network system and Computer/Information Technology.
3. Experience in handling end-to-end ICT related project management and background in handling government contracts is an advantage.
4. Possess own transport.
5. Willingness to work flexible hours when needed 
6. Good customer interface and interpersonal skills
7. Understanding of customer satisfaction
8. Team player
9. Good analytical and problem-solving skills
10. Required skill(s): must be computer literate with good working knowledge of computer skills, MS Office, MS Project or similar Project Management Software

Job Description : 

• Oversee the development of the Project till hand over of the project
• Monitor documents for the Project such as timelines and status reports
• Understanding client requirements 
• Coordinate with clients, Management, subcontractors and team members to ensure project’s success
• Discuss and coordinate project timeline with team members
• Monitor and update the Management on the status of the project
• Act as a point of contact between client and Management
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
• Ensure resource availability and allocation
• Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
• Manage relationship with clients 
• Perform other related duties as assigned

Job Descriptions:

• Conduct engineering site survey and feasibility study for EV charging station projects
• Understand site condition and client requirements to develop suitable technical solutions
• Drive the end-to-end process of the project until completion, including engineering, budgeting, procurement, construction, commissioning, operation, and maintenance of EV charging stations
• Liaise and manage sub-contractors for their scope of works, schedules and monitoring workmanship qualities or subcontractors during installation
• Provide technical expertise to assist in the operation of EV charging station in terms of maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair
• Stay up to date with developments in the market environment and policy to identify latest trend and innovation
• Work with the team to identify opportunities for new product development and improvements to existing solution
• Ensure that all business activities are performed with the highest ethical standards and in compliance with our business conduct.

Qualifications:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (preferably Electrical/Mechanical)

• Conduct research to identify and engage prospective clients and businesses, utilizing methods such as cold calling when necessary.
• Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of our mobility solutions and a strong understanding of other clean energy offerings provided by Solarvest.
• Assess client needs and market trends to develop tailored solutions, proposals, and presentations.
• Collaborate with management to establish sales goals, create strategic plans, and forecast sales projections.
• Build and maintain a database of prospective clients for ongoing engagement and relationship management.
• Analyze the market to identify competitive advantages and develop sales strategies aligned with market trends.
• Collaborate with the team to identify opportunities for new developments or enhancements to existing solutions.

Job Purpose

• A&P management towards advertising efforts, with emphasis on optimization initiatives to drive sales lead.
• Responsible for all aspect of M&S A&P management & other OPEX inclusive of budget management, payment processing and vendor payment management.
• To support Manager A&P Investment in monitoring A&P & other OPEX implementation.

Job Responsibilities

• Determining M&S budget capacities, calculating its constraints, and plan budget strategies.
• To analyze the A&P & Other OPEX budget and look for ways to use resources more efficiently to optimize the spending.
• Identify budget issues that need to be addressed, notify management, and then make recommendations for new budgeting strategies
• Analyses spending trends and explain using spreadsheets and graphic illustrations for better reporting, insights and learning for M&S.
• Responsible to process purchase order (PO) inclusive of checking on the document completeness for ANP Funnel 1 & 2 & other OPEX
• To perform good receipt note (GRN) in system once received complete document from Project Owner for ANP Funnel 1 & 2 & other OPEX
• To submit manual invoice processing inclusive of checking on the document completeness for ANP Funnel 1 & 2 & other OPEX
• To submit GL processing inclusive of checking on the document completeness for ANP Funnel 1 & 2 & other OPEX i.e.: Accrual, reclass, amortization, & reversal
• To assist vendor on the vendor related issue i.e.: Vendor Portal issue, registration issue, documentation issue, & invoice rejection issue
• To ensure A&P & Other OPEX spending updated in Master Tracking in timely manner
• To assist Manager A&P Investment in monitoring compliance & governance for budget spending in M&S.
• Establish and maintain business relation between internal and external to ensure common understanding of A&P budget operation.
• To assist M&S Department on the procurement operation activity & A&P budget management i.e.: PO issue, invoice rejection issue, GRN issue, payment monitoring status, budget status, & budget balances)

Education/Professional Qualification

• Degree in Finance/ Accountancy/ Banking/Advertising/Marketing/Business and other relevant discipline.

Professional Experience

• Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience
