• Assist the Senior Manager with daily operations.
• Manage and supervise all subcontractors, coordinating facility management activities to ensure work is completed on schedule.
• Prepare monthly and incident reports related to the site(s).
• Ensure smooth on-site operations, including handling contract administration issues.
• Facilitate data collection and reporting on facility management services.

About You:

• Degree / Diploma in Building Services / Facilities Maintenance or Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or equivalent
• Possess good communication skills in liaising with both internal and external stakeholders
