Admin Executive (Technical Department)

Responsibilities:

• You will be reporting to the Dept Team Lead
• Understand basic contractual requirements for the various projects.
• Input data and closure of jobs in SAP.
• To generate and compute monthly reports and KPI.
• To liaise with external and internal customers and build good relationship with them.
• To assist in compiling and provide data to Engineer, Manager & Authority when required.
• To consolidate monthly report & provide supporting documents for TAT extension and to liaison with customers for the approval.
• Attend and perform secretarial role for monthly meeting.
• To prepare meeting annexes and record of meeting minutes and assist to send the minutes for vetting to respective customers.
• To check and ensure the complete set of document is submitted promptly and accurately for billing to Finance.
• Candidate will be cross-trained to provide functional support in different sections.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Business Administration, or equivalent in related field
• 1 year experience in administrative work
• Strong customer service orientation, good relationship builder and good team player
• Strong problem solving, analytical and conceptual skills.

Engineers responsible for the design and implementation of Communication Systems. The candidate must be able to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment. He/She will work with our experience team members to provide cutting-edge technology to the customers.

Responsibilities:

• System Engineering Design
• Generating Test Plan & Procedures
• Sourcing and Procurement
• Planning and Setting up Test Lab
• Conduct Factory Acceptance Test
• Manage Installation/Checkout/Integration & Testing (ICIT) at customer’s sites
• Perform Troubleshooting and Resolving System Faults
• Perform On-Site Acceptance Test
• Managing project activities and coordinate with multiple stakeholders which includes suppliers, customers and other teams of staff for the project implementation.

Requirements:

• Degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering / Computer Science or equivalent.
• Excellent Oral and Written Communication Skills.
• Computer literate e.g. MS office, Visio.
• Excellent Time-management.
• Good Learning Capability.
• Willing to travel to customer or supplier sites.
• Experience and knowledge in Infocomm Technology, RedHat Linux, Virtual Environment, Network Security is preferred.

Other details:

• Work location: Jurong East
• Entry level position is available, training will be provided.
• Class 3 driving license is COMPULSORY
• Office hours with standby duties.
