We are looking for candidates with prior Sales experience in APAC and the Middle East Market.
Responsibilities:
● Research and identify potential clients in the APAC and Middle East region.
● Create and maintain a database of leads, including contact information and specific details about their roofing needs.
● Use various lead generation techniques such as online research, cold calling, and networking to gather potential leads.
● Qualify and close leads by assessing their requirements, budget, and timeline.
● Initiate contact with leads through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels.
● Develop and maintain a follow-up strategy to nurture leads over time.
● Keep abreast of industry trends and market conditions to identify emerging opportunities.
● Track and report lead generation metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of strategies.
● Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and best practices in lead generation.
● Strong knowledge of the Lead Generation and IT industry and its key players.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
● Proven experience in lead generation, preferably in the IT sector.
● Proficiency in using CRM software and lead management tools.
● Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
● Adept at conducting market research and competitive analysis.
● Sales and negotiation skills are a plus.
● Knowledge of digital marketing and social media for lead generation is beneficial.
Qualifications & Experience Required:
● Any Graduate·
● 1-4 years of experience.
Skills & Qualities Required:
· Proven experience as a tele-caller, telemarketer, or in a similar outbound sales role.
· Excellent verbal communication skills.
· Ability to engage and build rapport with potential customers over the phone.
· Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
· Active listening and problem-solving abilities.
· Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software or similar tools.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

· Flexibility to work in shifts.

Job timing: 11:30 AM to 8:30 PM
Week off: Saturday and Sundays off
