Role: Part Time Project Ambassador
Salary: Up to $15 hourly
Contract Duration: 31 December 2024 (Renewable)
Client Industry: Banking/Finance & Customer Service Industry
Work Location: Shenton and Suntec
Working Hours: Monday -Friday, 845am – 6pm - Flexible Schedule min 1-3 days per week
Job Responsibilities:
- Responding to emails and follow up when necessary.
- Booking of meeting rooms and ensuring all necessary equipment is set up before commencement of meeting.
- Sending out multiple calendars invite to respective parties.
- Booking of multiple countries Air Tickets and Hotels in accordance with Client’s travel policy
- Back up for reception duties during receptionist lunch time and toilet breaks
- Administering expense claims in adherence to existing guidelines
- Agile, resourceful and a quick thinker, able to handle up to 6 stakeholders.
- Able to handle first level inbound calls enquiries through hotlines.
- Understand customers' needs and provide quick, accurate and satisfactory answers to their queries and concerns.
- Support operations in managing and resolving requests related to customers’ follow up and transactional request fulfilment.
- Other ad-hoc duties as required by the client.
Job Requirements:
- Min 1 years of relevant experience will be beneficial.
- Willing to learn attitude, on job training will be provided.
- Strong communications and interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability in handling business stakeholders
