Responsibilities
Overall management for the project with respect to contractual, budget, resources, design, procurement, construction, quality and safety.
Lead the project team for the implementation and execution of works as according to planned schedule.
Execute projects according to schedule and tender specifications within contract budget
Manage sub-contractors performance
Conduct regular meeting with sub-contractors and project team
Monitor material and equipment usage
Attend meeting with clients, consultants and sub-contractors
Preparation of progress reports
Resolve on-site contractual issues with good documentation.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering recognised by PE Board or equivalent.
Minimum 6-8 years working experience in project management.
