The Associate Manager will be responsible for media strategy planning, developing multi-channel marketing strategies, and project management.

Specifically, you will be involved in:  

• Assist your manager to develop media strategy, channel recommendations and prepare the detailed media flow plan 
• Liaise with media owners for proposals

As an Integrated Planner, one needs to have in-depth knowledge of the digital ecosystem, together with TV and OOH expertise. The key role is to make media plans, proposals, and drive campaign results while effectively managing the workflow of internal and external stakeholders.

Planning

• Responsible for creating media proposals and media plans including TV, Digital & OOH, KOL & beyond (sponsorships, activations, etc.).
• Participate in AOP development.
• Join pitches (if any).

Reporting

• Responsible for campaign reports, including weekly performance, post-buy review, and periodic review.
• Handle competitor tracking & reporting.
• Integrate reports from other partners.
• Handle account-based reporting monthly.

Others

• Ensure on-time & accurate billing as per the internal process.
• In charge of training/growing team members.

• Communicate with client & work with internal team to maintain work integrity and accuracy
