Description

• Oversee the collection, organization, and maintenance of large datasets, ensuring data quality, integrity, and accessibility.
• Drive the development of actionable reports and dashboards using BI tools to facilitate data-driven decision-making at all levels of the organization.
• Develop and implement BI strategies that align with the organization's business goals and data-driven decision-making needs.
• Work closely with business units to understand their data needs and provide solutions that deliver business insights.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of BI analysts and data professionals. Foster a collaborative environment and support team development.
• Ensure adherence to data governance policies, security standards, and compliance regulations when managing and sharing business intelligence.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of BI initiatives, providing regular updates to senior management on key performance indicators (KPIs) and insights derived from data.
• Continuously evaluate and improve BI tools and technologies to ensure they meet business needs and improve efficiency.
• Implement advanced data analytics and predictive modeling to provide deeper insights and forecast future trends.

Requirements

• Min Degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Statistics, or a related field. A Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Business Intelligence Professional) is a plus.
• At least 5 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or a related field, with a minimum of 3 years in a managerial or leadership role.
• Strong experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, QlikView, or similar platforms.
• Experience with database technologies such as SQL, MySQL, or NoSQL, and familiarity with data warehousing and ETL processes is highly desirable.
• Proven track record in managing BI projects, working cross-functionally, and leading teams to successful project delivery.
• Good knowledge of statistics models and methodologies

Responsibilities:

• Support the department on implementation of Strategic Management with the analysis of the internal and external strengths and weaknesses and definition of the strategic goals.
• Assist with the implementation of the Performance Management through the definition and cascading of the strategic goals for each Support department and Operational Unit.
• Contribute with the execution of the Strategic and Performance Management through the consolidation and monitoring of the KPIs/results and planning/execution of the results monitoring meetings (Strategic, Support Departments and Operational Units).
• Support on methodology and tools definition/implementation of Corporate Project Management Planning and Monitoring.
• Responsible to support departments with the guidance for the activities related to Project Management and follow up of the Strategic Projects including Cost, Quality, Scope, Time, Communications, Risk, HR, Stakeholders, Acquisition and Integration Management.
• Contribute with Process Management through the mapping, development, optimization and periodic revision of the Management System documents, such as policies, guides, process standards and work instructions, as well as the trainings on the processes and definition and monitoring of the process indicators and results and act on deviations.

Requirements:

• Possess Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Administration, Economics, Statistics and/or IT preferred.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in Business, Quality and/or Process Management from oil & gas or related industries. Those with more than 7 years of experience may be considered for a senior role.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office especially in Excel & Powerpoint, hands-on experience working using Microsoft Visio and VBA is preferred.
• Working knowledge and experience with using Microsoft Project is added advantage.

• Understand the technical scope of work and sequencing and duration of major activities.
• Provides reports, “look aheads”, critical path reporting, “what-if” scenarios, and other relevant tools that will assist in planning and schedule analysis.
• Develop, maintain and update S-Curves and Key Performance Indicators (KPI) for various disciplines in MS Excel format for progress monitoring and reporting purposes.
• Write up narrative description for relevant reports, including weekly & monthly report to client and consolidates inputs from various disciplines for project management team’s review.
• Review and evaluate submitted Level 4 schedule of all contractors including their progress measurement system.
• Tracks and monitors the progress of the project including engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning and installation. Implements and monitors the schedules of each project stage and the entire project until completion and close-out.
• Identifies and leverages on opportunities to optimize resource utilization to most efficiently execute/organize the project activities.
• Ensures timings of deliverables of contractor are adequately and clearly defined and diligently tracked to prevent or minimize delay.

Requirements:

• Bachelor in Engineering or Operations Management.
• Min 8 years of planning experience in oil and gas industry (or) 12 years of commissioning planning experience in other industries with sound knowledge of Oil & Gas process and FPSO projects
• Knowledge of project management, risk management and change management processes
• Previous working experience in a senior role is preferred
