- Cancellation and reduction of customer orders to avoid customer surplus/overstock.
- Creation of ASN (Advanced Shipping Notifications) in excel template format for customer consignments.
- First point of contact for all queries linked to customer services.
- Help support

- Work proactively to understand root cause of supply issues and collaborate with Supply Planning Manager to continuously.
- Creation and management of shipment paperwork, liaising with 3rd party logistics for collections/deliveries according to customer schedules.
- Rectifying of any invoice issues by provision of credit note.

Requirements:

- Experience in customer order administration, and senior admin
- The ability to plan and organise effectively.
- Good analytical and problem solving skills
- A methodical and structured approach to work.
- IT competence including Microsoft Office applications
- Be a very good excel user

Meridian Business Support are delighted to be working with one of the UK’s leading independent accident repair groups to recruit for an Bodyshop Panel Beater in Kettering.

Our client have 30+ sites throughout the UK and have partnered with most major insurance companies and vehicle manufacturers to ensure quality and care are at the forefront.

The role of a Bodyshop Panel Beater is to repair or replace necessary bodywork panels of damaged vehicles according to the instructions received or details on the job card. This may include chassis and framework.

Main Responsibilities:

- Dismantle and repair damaged vehicles by either repairing damaged panels or by replacing those beyond repair. All equipment used, including jigs, fixtures and welding equipment, will be operated as per the instructions, level of qualification and to the prescribed safety standards
- Adhere to the manufacturer’s literature and modification bulletins as appropriate to the repair and replacement of chassis and panel work. Where appropriate attend training courses to enable you to be updated on new techniques and produce development
- Handle all vehicles with due care and attention ensuring that customer care/satisfaction is always maintained, keeping the Company’s tools and equipment safe and in a clean, workable condition
- To be aware of and adhere to all the Housekeeping and Health and Safety regulations and policies applicable to your position and working environment.

Due to the size and complexity of the establishment, you will undertake any other reasonable tasks or duties that are deemed to be within your capability.

The successful candidates would preferably be ATA accredited and have 5 years experience in a similar role.

Pay and Benefits:

From £33,000 to £65,000 (OTE – includes site bonus and is dependable on experience and qualifications)

Hours are 8am – 5pm Monday – Friday, 30-minute lunch break.
