Location: Stroud, GL5 2QG with Hybrid working (Min 2/3 days on site)
Annual Salary - £60,000
Shift Pattern: Monday - Friday
Shift Times - 08:00/09:00AM

Role Summary
Our client requires an experienced Project Manager to develop, support the execution of a business expansion programme in the renewable fuels sector.
The successful individual will have managed multi-million, multi-site investment projects working with financial, commercial, and operational functions within businesses.
You will be tasked with further developing the individual projects within the overall expansion programme working alongside functional specialists to ensure the timely delivery of the ambitious programme within an agreed budget.
Only candidates with a minimum of a bachelor's degree alongside either a formal project management qualification or with substantial (c10 years), demonstrable success in project management positions should apply.
Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Successful delivery of the Business Strategy, developing the individual projects within the programme ensuring individual project workstreams are adequately defined, developed, resourced and managed.
- Working with the functional specialists within the business, ensuring the correct capability, project steps, milestones and metrics are put in place and are being tracked effectively.
- Maintaining project schedules and account for the project costs and time targets.
- Continually evaluating and reporting project risk's with recommendations for mitigation based on impact and likelihood of risks materialising.
- Supervise specific project deliverables.
- Actively support the resolution of issues within the project.
- As part of the extended leadership team, play a lead role in developing the safety culture within the business.
- Oversee Project budgets and potentially Project Teams.
- Supporting COO/Programme Director lead programme reviews with the business' Executive Team.
- Support the development and adoption of new business processes.
- Support the implementation of continuous improvement as "the way we do things around here".
- Foster collaboration across all functions of the business.
Experience, Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in relevant discipline
- Formal project management qualification with proven project management experience or substantial project management experience (c10 years minimum)
- Demonstrable and tangible project management success including commercial and operational disciplines and capital investment.
- Proven management skills and demonstrable experience of driving team engagement within the project.
- Great Stakeholder engagement skills demonstrable across all levels of the business from the shop-floor to the Exec.
- Continuous Improvement practices
- Takes ownership of and executes tasks independently
- Ability to forge relationships and establish position as a trusted advisor
- Proven ability to engage with stakeholders at different levels and can adapt style appropriately
- Experience in developing and successfully implementing project management tool kit and systems.
- Consultative approach: assesses situations, quickly develops, and executes solutions independently
- Analytical: uses data to inform decisions
- Good negotiator
- Knowledge of applicable regulations and safe working practices such as Health and Safety at Work Act,
