CACI is seeking a Project Manager to join our team in Aberdeen, MD supporting our ESID Customer.  The ideal candidate will be responsible for a project management and operations support, including but not limited to exercise planning, requirements coordination, and performance in accordance with approved project plans.

• Identify solutions to complex operational- and policy-related problems and new technical tools and capabilities to advance mission and/or capabilities;

• Develop and maintain broad network of contacts across the US Government to satisfy mission requirements;

• Serve as the lead for coordination and execution of customer requirements; and

• Manage a diverse work force focused on project lifecycle activities to include design, development, integration, fielding, and modernization.

The proposed salary range for this position is:

CACI is seeking a Business Operations Manager to support our CryptoMod Branch located at the C5ISR Center in Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD.

What You'll Get to Do:

• Manage a team of multiple separate teams within the Program Management Office and directly interface with the customer senior leadership at the division level.

• Oversee the execution, tracking, and reporting of all business processes such as Procurement and Travel reports, contract deliverables and OCONUS deployments.

• Supervise the program's day-to-day business operations and provide operational oversight and direction for a team.

• Develop effective working relationships with the government customer by taking a programmatic approach to their opportunities/issues/concerns in order to quickly and proactively identify and resolve requirements/concerns to ensure maximum customer satisfaction and long-term program success.

You’ll Bring These Qualifications:

• An active DoD Secret and obtain TS/SCI Security Clearance.

• Five years of experience with DoD programs and services inclusive of financial management.

• BA/BS and minimum 5 years of related work experience or MA/MS and minimum 3 years of related work experience.

These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:

• Previous experience providing technical support for the C5ISR customer organization

• Personnel Management experience with leading 3 or more employees

• Experience working in the Synchronized Pre-Deployment and Operational Tracker (SPOT) system and creating Letters of Authorization (LOAs)

• Experience working with the Aircraft and Personnel Automated Clearance System (APACS)

• PMP Certification

What You’ll Get to Do:

As a member of the CACI Intern Program you'll be given challenging assignments consistent with your degree program and level of competence. Responsible for the development, coordination, and implementation of initiatives to support operations and business development within Enterprise Business Development function. This includes the planning, organizing, leading, and management of all aspects of initiatives to support business growth working across the enterprise. Duties may include manage day to day operations of all Enterprise BD initiatives, reduce bottlenecks and create workflow efficiencies through automation and optimization across the organization in close coordination with the Business Development Manager/Executive (BDM/BDE), develop and communicate detailed plans, schedules, estimates, resource plans, budgets, and status reports to ensure overall project success, support requests for information (RFI), requests for proposal (RFPs), proposals, business plans, proposal work statements and specifications, operating budgets and financial terms conditions of contract, support the management of the pipeline and accuracy of reports across stages, from lead generation to close, in partnership with business development, etc.
