• Adjudicates all National Security positions, public trust positions for Suitability and fitness for Contractors.
• Review IBC Security Clearances and special accesses to include adjudication investigation results and respective documentation related to applicant or employee interviews and final decisions.

1. Serves as the lead Electrical Engineer for the Pacific OCS Region performing electrical engineering and operational analysis of complex oil and gas facilities and operations.
2. Conducts technical, regulatory, and safety reviews of oil and gas operators' submittals for electrical systems. Assesses submittals for adequacy and compliance with applicable regulations. 4. Reviews and analyzes inspection reports prepared by others to compile statistics and trends of electrical systems' inspection results to identify areas that may need closer study.

This Supervisory Instructional System Specialist position is located Enterprise Support, Training & Development, Training Centers Division, Transportation Security Administration, Department of Homeland Security (DHS). Duties include but are not limited to:

• Analyzes and designs, develops, implements, and evaluates (ADDIE) new and existing training programs and new training course development for the TSA workforce; and utilizes Kirkpatrick Four-Level Training Evaluation Model to analyze training effectiveness.
