Ariato Technologies is committed to providing cutting-edge cybersecurity solutions to protect our clients' digital assets. We are currently looking for a skilled ICT Security Specialist to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze and understand client requirements related to cybersecurity.
• Design, plan, and enhance Cyber Security SOC (Security Operation Center) solutions tailored to customer needs.
• Facilitate client meetings to discuss cybersecurity objectives, present solutions, and conduct comprehensive reviews.
• Actively support clients during security incidents, participating in remediation efforts to minimize damage and restore operations.
• Implement alerting mechanisms and proactive monitoring techniques to identify potential issues before they impact systems.
• Research, test, and validate innovative cybersecurity solutions to provide clients with advanced protection against emerging threats.
• Plan, lead, execute, and complete assigned projects within established timelines.
• Prioritize client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle to ensure successful delivery and foster long-term partnerships.
• Mentor and guide team members in resolving escalated cases, promoting a culture of continuous learning.
• Design, deploy, and implement Avaya and Cisco unified communication, collaboration, and contact center solutions.
Technical Requirements:
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in designing and delivering cyber-security solutions, including SIEM, EDR, XSOAR, and PAM.
• Experience implementing Splunk SIEM solutions and integrating endpoint security with CrowdStrike Falcon EDR.
• Proficient in designing and installing Cortex XSOAR Palo Alto Solutions and integrating CyberArk PAM solutions within enterprise environments.
• Previous consulting and design experience is essential.
• Experience in designing and implementing unified communication and contact center solutions using Avaya and Cisco technologies.
• Strong understanding of NIST, ISO 27001, and Essential 8.
• Knowledge and implementation experience with technologies such as Splunk Security Information and Event Monitoring, Cortex SOAR/XSOAR, and CyberArk PAM.
• Industry certifications (CISM, CISA, Splunk, etc.) are required.
