- You will conduct and coordinate operational assessments which support maritime homeland defense, campaign planning, or defense support to civil authorities’ operations in accordance with Joint Operational Planning Process.
- You will identify conditions, criteria, and indicators that define the end of each operational phase and in-phase decisive points within each plan.
- You will identify and develop Measures of Effectiveness (MOEs) and associated indicators and criteria to support assessment of impacts in operational environment.
- You will identify Measures of Performance (MOPs) tied to specific tests to support the assessment of force execution.
- You will develop assessment collection and reporting requirement for use by Maritime Operations Center watch personnel and/or subordinate commanders.
- You will provide oversight and guidance to the operational assessments process as directed.
- You will develop briefings for the Commander that identify progress towards decision points associated with operational risk and based on commander’s guidance.
