ABOUT THE POST

Reporting to the Security Coordinator you will be involved in the provision of security services at our busy campuses at Holloway & Aldgate, working within a team of 10 Security Officers and 4 Security Shift Supervisors. Key duties of the role also include the monitoring of Health & Safety, Fire Safety and Emergency procedures, and the provision of first aid support to building users. The role can be physically demanding as you will be required to carry out regular patrols and health & safety compliance checks.

The security team covers all building opening times, which currently range between 06:00 to 00:30 Monday – Friday and between 07:00 – 19:30 on Saturdays and Sundays. All members of the team will be rostered to cover our building opening hours, including any subsequent changes to these hours.

You should have experience in a customer service and support role, together with a good working knowledge of operating security, CCTV, fire, intruder and access control systems. You will have excellent communication skills and the ability to respond effectively in crisis situations.

You will be a qualified First Aider or be willing to train as such. You should hold an appropriate SIA license or be willing to train as such.

Summary

The Regional Director Security Operations (RDSO) is responsible for leading a multi-disciplinary team that executes a global security operations program for a multi-national IT organization. As a Legal Administrative Assistant to the Regulatory legal team you will use your positive attitude, organisational skills and your ability to deliver top quality customer service to provide administrative support to a busy team of Legal Officers representing RCN members in relation to regulatory and employment law matters.

As Security Officer, you will ensure the highest standard of safety and security is upheld at our world-class stadium in Brighton. You will monitor CCTV, control access to the car park, and completing regular patrols and follow and implement the club safety and security policy at all times.

Please note this is a overnight position with the core hours worked from 7pm to 7am on a four day on/four day off shift pattern.

Your security background
We are looking for someone who has previous experience of working in a similar role, ideally within a large multi-purpose building. You will be someone who is observant and able to make decisions quickly.

There are no required qualifications for this role, we will give you everything you need to succeed (except for drive, determination and motivation - which you will need to bring with you!).

Job Description:

• Assistant to Project Lead to manage and coordinate with CSIS vendors or Citi business stakeholders inclusive of attending/ initiating meetings and all to ensure we meet the scheduled timeline, stakeholders’ expectations, facilitate on the testing programs for the newly installed security systems
• Conduct site inspections and assesses the condition of the facility as well as propose the necessary requirements per Citi Security Standards

• Minimum High School/ Diploma in any faculty
• Security certifications will be desirable

Purpose and Scope
The C&S Designer plays a pivotal role in creating and managing 3D models of projects which is crucial to the successful delivery of building projects.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

• Participate in design and model coordination meetings (for C&S) and review sessions when required
• Enforce BIM strategies, processes and standards, model content and quality control for the discipline/assigned scope of works
• Implement and manage BIM Execution Plan
• Creation of 3D model content and modelling using specified tools and/or prepare 2D drawings in
• Revit/AutoCAD as relevant or required
• Generate clash detection report and other relevant reports from 3D models
• To develop documentation for submission to Authorities including BIM e-submission
• Archival of 3D models, prepare user handover and related documentation
• Drawing production from 3D models and administer 3D models/drawings distribution to relevant users in compliance with stipulated procedures
• Coordinate and liaise with project/construction team on submissions, updates or changes, and checking for clashes with other disciplines (Architectural, Mechanical, Electrical etc..)
• Any other duties assigned from time to time

Qualification, Skills and Experience:

• Diploma/ Higher Nitec from any discipline related to consultancy design and construction works.
• Experience in consultancy design and construction works.
• Knowledge and Skilled in using BIM tools for design / construction documentation. (Autodesk REVIT)
• Able to use BIM tools to perform drawing and design work.
• Possesses good interpersonal skills for BIM coordination and collaborative processes. Passionate in BIM model creation.
