And all U.S. Citizen who resides or is currently employed in the Boyers, PA local commuting area, which includes the Pennsylvania counties of Butler, Clarion, Armstrong, Allegheny, Beaver, Lawrence, Mercer, Crawford, Erie, Venango, and Clarion; Ohio counties of Trumbull, and Mahoning; and all cities existing in Pennsylvania or Ohio within the geographic area bounded by the outer boundaries of the combined areas of the aforementioned counties.
As a Supervisory Investigations Case Analyst you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Serves as a Supervisory Investigations Case Analyst in Federal Investigative Records Enterprise (FIRE) Automated Federal Leads Center (AFLC) located at Fort Meade, MD or Boyers, PA.
- Plans, directs, operates, controls and overseas the operations of a teams of Investigative Assistants who are responsible for conducting electronic record checks.
- Establishes internal procedures for the completion and control of case/item processing; plans and assigns work to be accomplished by subordinate personnel and sets and/or adjust priorities.
- Identifies employees' training needs and arranges for on-the-job training or other training as required.
- Monitors completed work of their team for adequacy and appropriateness and evaluates employees' work performance.
- Participate as subject matter expert as needed in conducting, participating in and/or monitoring special projects and working groups.
