Washes and cleans bar glasses, bar equipment and keeps the work area clean and neat. Replaces empty beer kegs with full kegs with the aid of a dolly; stocks beer coolers. Wipes down the interior and exterior surfaces of coolers. Helps in setting up service bars and portable bars. Carries debris to waste containers. May serve bottle beer, soft drinks and draw beer from kegs.

Performs and/or assists in operation and maintenance of recreational facilities. Establishes schedules of events as well as the rules and regulations to be observed. SUMMARY: The primary purpose of this position is: To secure and manage the training program within the 3rd Munitions Squadron. The program includes, but not limited to: upgrade training (UGT) and on-the-job-training (OJT); civilian training requirements (if applicable); retraining; formal training coordination and scheduling; instructional systems development (ISD); professional military education (PME) scheduling and management; ancillary training; unit training planning; preparing briefings on status of training (SOT) to the commander; provides guidance and assistance on technical training data to unit commander, managers, and supervisors.

DUTIES:

• Plans, manages, and directs munitions training program.
• Initiates, controls, and schedules education and training materials and testing procedures.
• Organizes, maintains, and outlines training program for managers and supervisors; assists management in the commander's review (CR) process.
• Uses varied and advanced functions of office automation software to create, format, modify, edit, and print a variety of documents and support office operations.

• Supervises the staff of the Formal Training and Relocations Administration Element.
• Manages the Formal Training and Relocations Administration Element.
• Manages all facets of the training/assignment selection board nomination and notification processes.
• Serves as Elmendorf AFB's Date Eligible to Return from Overseas (DEROS) manager.
• Serves as Elmendorf AFB's Early Return of Departments (ERD) Manager.
• Serves as Elmendorf AFB's primary passport agent.
