DUTY 1: Administers the Information Security Program protecting the enterprise from espionage, terrorism, and threats of unauthorized disclosure and/or compromise of information or material considered vital to enterprise mission interests, national defense or national security.
DUTY 2: Directs the personnel security program to ensure secure accomplishment of the enterprise's missions, goals and objectives through proactive application of security principles, policies, and practices.
DUTY 3: Provides enterprise and subordinate organizations worldwide with authoritative guidance on aspects concerning physical security programs for the protection of classified national security information, both Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) and collateral information.
DUTY 4: Manages the Industrial Security Program. Provides effective guidance, training, and direction to subordinate assigned organizations/activities/units on industrial security program matters.
DUTY 5: Exercises supervisory personnel management responsibilities. Advises and provides counsel to employees regarding policies, procedures, and directives of management.

• Serves as COMACC's BLUE FLAG program Security Program Specialist for the collateral security function at the 505 CTS and five contractor organizations, to include security education.
• Implements policies and procedures covering the safeguarding of classified information and implements 505 CCW personnel security investigations/adjudication systems for case management.
• Develops, initiates and disseminates foreign disclosure policy guidance to group, squadron and exercise personnel and assists administration of the Industrial Security Program.
• Makes security program risk assessments and risk management/mitigation strategies/recommendations based on intelligence-derived threat issues for COMACC's BLUE FLAG program, JNTC supported exercises, and assists with wing OPSEC, FDO responsibilities that may require deviations from or synthesis of policies.

• Has overall program management responsibility to ensure the development, maintenance and currency of all security and security forces guidance and directives.

• Researches, interprets, analyzes and applies security guidelines, programs, methods and procedures.
• Serves as the assistant to the Resource Protection Program Manager. Ensures compliance with requirements for the protection of the industrial plant's PL resources.

• Serves as the senior security organizational functional and technical expert for all security and information protection matters of the organization responsible for direct coordination with multiple test organizations, combined and integrated test forces, System Program Offices (SPO), defense contractors, MAJCOM and higher headquarters, foreign national partners and international test customers, and other DoD and Federal Agency security, intelligence and program management.
• Develops and prioritizes organizational security and information protection performance goals and mission objectives; develops operational procedures and plans, test security concepts and implements plans, sets priorities and objective for security personnel, assesses programs objectives, identifies problems and takes appropriate corrective action.
• Provides technical expertise to organizational management, facilities, civil engineering, Corps of Engineers and IT/Communications personnel on security systems design, equipment, secure room/facility construction and renovation, communications and data line configuration and installation, emissions and audio security requirements.
• Manages the unit Security Program, to include Special Access Program and SCI Requirements
• Subject Matter Expert on all functions of security management, including Information, Industrial, Personnel and Physical Security.
• Experience in security management compliance, physical security processes for Special Access Facilities (SAPF) and ICD 705 construction requirements.

• As the Wing IP program administrator, is accountable for the successful accomplishment of IP mission goals, objectives and the secure accomplishment of all other Wing mission goals and objectives.
• Implements and administers the overall Wing large-scale, joint DoD and coalition exercise security program.
• Develops, initiates and disseminates foreign disclosure policy guidance to Wing organizations and JFACC exercise personnel.
• Leads and administers the Wing Signature Management Program.
• Implements and administers the Anti-Terrorism and Force Protection Programs for the Wing.
