Responsible for conducting and facilitating general and specific training. Duties may include delivering training based on customer requirements using a variety of techniques including face-to-face, online, synchronous, asynchronous, and self-paced instruction. May include employing blended learning techniques to include a combination of eLearning tools, lectures, classroom discussions, team exercises, readings, case studies, role plays and demonstrations of required skills through work-related tasks.

You'll provide training to the Intelligence Community (IC) workforce and maintain existing course content for currency and relevancy. You will employ both classroom instruction and alternative delivery methods for students located at Ft. Washington, MD and, possibly, temporarily at other CONUS/OCONUS locations as deem necessary to the mission.

More About the Role:

You will prepare and present classroom lectures and assist in TSEC curriculum modernization. Use blended learning technologies, deliver training on the knowledge and skills required for conducting compliant, effective, and efficient TS/TSCM training. Work with course developers to ensure the correct information and best teaching methodologies are used.

You’ll Bring These Qualifications:

• Active TS/SCI.  Eligible for Full Scope Poly
• Graduate of the Interagency Training Center (ITC) TSCM Fundamentals Course and/or Graduate of the ITC’s Basic Technical Operations Course (BTOC) or equivalent.
• A minimum of 6-years of applied practical experience in Federal Technical Surveillance Countermeasures (TSCM) or Technical Surveillance Activities (TSA) in the last 10-years
• Four years’ experience teaching/training adults in the last 10 years.
• Completion of an Undergrad or Graduate degree in Education and Training maybe considered in lieu of teaching experience. Undergrad or Graduate degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, Physical Science, and Physics may be considered in lieu of TS or TSCM experience.

These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:

• Level 3 Technician Certification 8570
• CompTIA Cyber Security Analyst (CYSA+)
• Penetration Testing certification or experience
• Cyber Threat Hunting certification or experience
• Cyber Incident Response certification or experience
• FLIR Thermographer Certification
• Non-Destructive Testing Certification

What You’ll Get to Do:

Provide data collection and analysis to support the U.S. Navy Aircraft Carriers Networks & Cybersecurity program in  developing, interpreting, and implementing cybersecurity policies, procedures, and guidelines for control systems installed on CVN 68/78 Class Aircraft Carriers. Primary responsibilities include working with all Carrier (CVN) stakeholders to constantly identify shortfalls and status in all matters pertaining to CVN cybersecurity awareness, incident response, and configuration management/control ushering changes in the security posture of all shipboard control systems.

• Work with all Carrier (CVN) stakeholders to constantly identify shortfalls and status in all matters pertaining to CVN cybersecurity awareness, incident response, and configuration management/control ushering changes in the security posture of all shipboard control systems.
• Implement and apply technologies, processes, and practices designed to protect networks, devices, programs, and data from malicious attack, damage, or unauthorized access.
• Provide intrusion support to high technology investigations in the form of network assessments.
• Design, develop or recommend integrated system solutions ensuring proprietary/confidential data and systems are protected in accordance with mandated standards.
• Participate with the client in the strategic design process to translate security and business requirements into technical designs.
• Develop and maintain a cybersecurity dashboard to track the implementation of Risk Management Framework within designated enclaves across the Aircraft Carrier Fleet.
• Design and implement plans of action and milestones to remediate findings from vulnerability and risk assessments.
• Facilitate coordination of the Carrier Network and Cybersecurity Working Group (CNCWG).

You’ll Bring These Qualifications:

• Degree from accredited University or military IT background.
• 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis, technical analysis, production analysis, data analysis, and/or project management skills, knowledge of cybersecurity and/or engineering in a DoD program.
• Technical and financial knowledge for program management support
• Ability to use Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams
• Experience working in a DoD, military program.
• Must have an active DoD Secret Clearance
• DoD Directive 8570.1 IAT Level II or higher certification
• Cybersecurity experience is a necessary
• Navy acquisition experience on an ACAT 1 Program is a plus.
• US Navy or Marine Corps experience is a plus.
• Sec+ Security Credential required.

CACI is seeking a Cyber Security Analyst in the Washington, DC area.

What You’ll Get to Do:

A Cybersecurity Analyst with a technical background will work with a team responsible for IT Security Risk and Compliance by providing direct support to the Information System Security Officer (ISSO). A Cybersecurity Analyst will support the IT Security management with technical review, technical solution proposal, and planning in the areas of security controls, risk assessment, issue analysis, and response development and execution.

More about the role:

• Perform root cause analysis of audit findings.
• Develop requirements for security control remediation activities.
• Review audit closure requests and status reports for security control accuracy and completeness.
• Develop plans to address gaps in the General Support System’s security posture.
• Develop security recommendations following NIST 800-53 rev.5 guidance and security best practices.
• Support the development of security solutions.
• Formulate, create, and track security Plans of Action and Milestones (POA&Ms).
• Coordinate with platform teams to maintain currency of the system’s technical description and control implementation statements.

You will bring these qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field.
• At least two (2) years working as or supporting, an ISSO or ISSM.
• Experience with information security engineering practices and NIST security controls.
• Demonstrated experience with implementation of NIST Risk Management Framework.
• Broad understanding of security protections typical in enterprise environments, including security hardening, firewalls, and boundary/endpoint best practices.
• Basic understanding of server, workstation, network, and database architecture.
• Familiarity with cloud service providers such as AWS and best practices.
• Familiarity with Splunk, Symantec Endpoint Protection, Tenable Security Center, IBM BigFix and IDS/IPS tools, and Sonarqube.
• Knowledge of security policy/manuals, and other guiding policy documents.
• Strong interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills (verbal and written).
• Fluent with Microsoft Office products (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Project, Visio).
• Active/current Top Secret clearance is required.
