What are the Major Duties of this Position?

This position is located in the Correctional Systems Department at a Federal Bureau of Prisons (BOP) correctional facility. The Correctional Systems Department is a multi-faceted operation, consisting of Mail Room, Receiving and Discharge, and Records Office.

This position involves a wide range of duties that require knowledge in the following areas: institution mail; postal regulations; the receiving and discharge of inmates; inmate bus movement; processing of writs; handling of legal documents to include the interpretation of judgments for filing detainers; Interstate Agreement on Detainers (IAD); locator center procedures; temporary and final releases; release paperwork; file archiving; certification of records; correctional security procedures; and contact with a variety of law enforcement agencies.

Additionally, this position requires a general skill level in the areas of sentence computation, sentencing laws, court processes, and compliance with court directives in order to address inmate inquiries.

Along with all other correctional institution employees, incumbent is charged with responsibility for maintaining security of the institution. The staff correctional responsibilities precede all others required by this position and are performed on a regular and recurring basis.

Responsible for developing, implementing, coordinating and evaluating the specialty treatment program and for coordinating and evaluating all activities within the specialty treatment program.

Responsible for the administration, scoring, and interpretation of a wide variety of psychological testing instruments and procedures, including objective and projective instruments of personality assessment; intelligence tests; and tests and inventories of interests, aptitude, criminality, and achievement.

Plans and performs both individual and group psychotherapy on a regularly scheduled basis. Also conducts a wide variety of interviews and crisis intervention sessions on an as-needed, unscheduled basis.

Answering special requests for evaluation by institution staff (or in some cases the involved inmate) following observed bizarre behavior or thoughts, insomnia, somnambulism, psychosomatic complaints, suicidal preoccupations, depression, situational crises, long-term disciplinary and segregation cases, dangerousness, or use of illicit drugs.

Along with all other correctional institution employees, incumbent is charged with responsibility for maintaining security of the institution. The staff correctional responsibilities precede all others required by this position and are performed on a regular and recurring basis.

Functions as a Warehouse Worker in the Food Service Department at a Bureau of Prisons (BOP) federal correctional facility.

Responsible for supervising inmate workers who receive, store, and issue a wide variety of supplies, material, equipment and commodities required in the operation of the Food Service Department.

Responsible for clerical, Funds Control, Time and Attendance and budgeting duties as assigned by the Food Service Administrator and is expected to apply a working knowledge of policies and procedures as related to this office and the food service aspect of the institution.

Responsible for delivery follow-up on outstanding purchase orders placed with commercial vendors.

Along with all other correctional institution employees, incumbent is charged with responsibility for maintaining security of the institution. The staffs correctional responsibilities precede all others required by this position and are performed on a regular and recurring basis.

• Operates a computer workstation to receive and convert customer data (text and graphics) into formats suitable for production runs on an electronic duplicating system
• (cont.) and on- line automatically controlled stapler and sorter to reproduce multiple copies of forms, notices, instruction manuals and textbooks, circular, pamphlets and other similar types of materials.
• Scans and inserts hardcopy or previously stored images into customer documents according to customer specifications using network-based image capture and retrieval systems.
• Operates bindery machines such as guillotine cutters, paper drills, and various other binding equipment and shrink-wrap machine.
• Utilizes network software to capture and/or merge data/information originated with a wide variety of word processing, graphics, and desktop publishing software packages.
• Provides on-the-job guidance and/or written procedures to lower-graded operators.
• Maintains records of work completed, insures production units are recorded for billing, and notifies supervisor/lead/CRS of job completion.

We are looking for an experienced Mobile Air Conditioning Engineer to undertake the maintenance and repair of air conditioning equipment. This includes service, maintenance, and repair of split AC systems, VRV/VRF systems and heat pumps. You may also be required to work on specific refrigeration equipment such as chilled cabinets / multideck or ice machines.
This is a field based, mobile position covering the West Midlands region, covering the postcodes: B. WS. This role is working for high street retailers & banks clients for the TS-Mobile division.
Salary: The salary is based between £28,548-£50,000 and Benefits. The salary on offer that is made will be dependant upon the candidate`s qualifications and experience.

The ideal candidate must have relevant qualifications e.g., FGAS & ODS regs, time served apprenticeship, C&G Level 2/3 / NVQ Level 2/3 or equivalent. Also, knowledge of Health & Safety, Permit to Work procedures and safe systems of working.
Candidates will have a full current driving licence and be willing to participate in an On-Call rota. You'll be capable of performing manual tasks, including manual handling, working at heights and in confined spaces. Good verbal and written communication are important, including the ability to use a handheld computer device (PDA). You'll need to be highly self-motivated, and solutions focussed with the ability to work without supervision but also enjoy working as part of a team.

Location: Twickenham area
Salary: £36,180, Rising to £38,880 following probation (inclusive of London Weighting) OTE £46,000+
Hours: Monday to Friday, 1 in 3 Saturday's. 35 hour contract.

Mobile Vehicle Technician / Roadside Technician role :
* Working closely with the breakdown team you will be tasked with attending breakdowns to diagnose issues they have. Working on the vehicles to ideally get them back on the road otherwise making sure the vehicle goes back to the workshop.
* Identifying problems and advising the customer on the vehicle's issues.
* Vehicle servicing & general maintenance including electrical & vehicle Diagnostics.
* Mobile Vehicle Technician / Roadside Technician are the face of the business so its important you deliver exceptional Customer Service.
Mobile Vehicle Technician / Roadside Technician Requirements:
* A Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification (or equivalent)
* Demonstrative technical, electrical, and diagnostic experience
* A customer focused approach
* A full UK driving licence
