We are looking for an experienced System Administrator to join our IT team. The Technical Support Representative, Tier 2 team assists the Tier 1 Support team by liaising between Support, Development, and Product teams. These experts are part of the technical leaders within the Assessment Delivery Operations and Support department (ADOS), providing regular feedback and updates on our client's issues with the product to both the internal ADOS Technical Support team and internal stakeholders. Similar to the Tier 1 team, the Tier 2 team works to establish if reported bugs are reproducible and create detailed escalations for Tier 3 by gathering logs and providing imperative information surrounding the issue.

Job Summary

We are looking for a Technical Delivery Manager who will play a crucial role in the successful execution and management of our projects. This individual will be responsible for the meticulous preparation and organization of a variety of key deliverables associated with the assigned PROJECT. These deliverables encompass the foundational elements necessary for project initiation, monitoring, and conclusion:

● Kickoff Deck (When applicable) - This essential presentation serves to align all stakeholders on project objectives, expectations, and timelines.
● Project Management Plan and Schedule - A comprehensive document outlining the strategies, methodologies, and detailed timelines that will guide the project through to completion.
● Warranty Support Contract - This document ensures that all parties understand the terms of support and maintenance following project completion, safeguarding both client and provider interests.
● Project Closure Report - A reflective analysis summarizing project outcomes, key learnings, and overall performance metrics, which is instrumental for future projects.

Responsibilities and Duties

●  Responsible for communications and coordination with key project stakeholders.
●  Assist in prioritization of IT projects as part of the business planning/ demand planning cycle for the Business Units.
●  Align with the CLIENT’s product and project manager(s) on the overall  business outcomes for the modules and delivery timelines
●  Track and report project implementation progress to CLIENT’s project stakeholders per the agreed frequency
●  Manage the project closure ensuring all deliverables are achieved and documented, including relevant lessons learned.
●  Facilitate user access to internal tools as part of dev / test logistics.  Coordination with both business and technical stakeholders, as needed, from project initiation to execution.
● Facilitate Product Release Management activities (Promo to Prod) in coordination with Business Units and CLIENT’s project stakeholders
● Secure stakeholder approvals for promotion from one project stage to another
● Create and update risk registry
● Monitor and manage all project dependencies and ensure scheduled and commitment dates are met

What You Will Do:

• Provides desk-side assistance in resolving technology support issues (will support US banks; check scanner issues)

• Performs installations, repairs, upgrades, backups and other maintenance tasks.

• Provides effective customer service in a 24X7X365 production environment (rotating on-call and holiday support may be required.

• Utilizes soft skills and troubleshooting skills to resolve client issues and questions.

• Asks probing questions to gather relevant information on routine and complex calls.

• Uses effective listening skills to develop understanding of client questions or issues.

• Installs, configures and troubleshoots desktop systems, workstations, servers and network issues in a heterogeneous environment.

• Documents, tracks and monitors client incidents in ticketing system to ensure a timely resolution.

• Prioritizes and escalates support incidents and requests based on business impact and documented guidelines.

• Maintains passwords, data integrity and file system security for the desktop environment.

• Communicates highly technical information to both technical and nontechnical personnel.

• Recommends solutions including new acquisitions and upgrades.

• May participate in development of information technology and infrastructure projects.

• May have expertise in commonly used business applications.

• May handle phone and email assistance as well.

• Other related duties assigned as needed.

What You Will Bring:

• Nice to have skills/experience: Supporting banks, particularly troubleshooting check scanners

• Must be amenable to work on a Hybrid setup (Twice a week onsite). Office location is at Ecoplaza Bldg, Makati City (near Magallanes MRT Station, EDSA)

• Must be amenable to work on a permanent night shift (Saturday/Sunday off)

• Skill in troubleshooting and using diagnostic tools for client accessibility problems to applications and network (e.g., resetting password, bouncing PU, resetting remote devices)
