Technical Delivery Manager

As an IT business analyst, you’ll develop leading-edge products and analyze innovative solutions to solve complex problems. Partnering with your team of architects, developers, testers, DevSecOps engineers, and leading healthcare experts, you’ll identify clients’ business needs, gather user requirements, and develop user stories. You’ll understand the overall direction and nuanced user needs clearly, and you’ll lead your team as they fulfill these needs by creating deployable features. Together, you’ll deliver high business value products to US citizens seeking affordable healthcare. Work with us to make an impact by changing the face of healthcare. You Have:
3+ years of experience with management or IT
Experience with supporting the delivery of multi-system solutions and maintaining responsibility for managing and delivering system requirements, user testing, change management, or risk management as a product owner
Experience with managing the evolution of the user story including breaking down the stories, eliciting conversations, and facilitating story refinement sessions
Experience with JIRA and Confluence for documentation and reporting
Experience with strategy development for a shared vision, championing this shared vision by translating ideas into action, driving decisions, establishing goals, and meeting commitments
Ability to manage communications and coordinate across multiple customer stakeholder groups, vendor partners, your delivery team and ensure communication pathways are streamlined and messaging is clear and concise
Ability to collaborate with a team of systems integrators to incorporate a variety of business, development, and operations teams to integrate systems, operations, and delivery
Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements
Bachelor’s degree

Experience with requirements gathering, developing wireframes, user stories, and acceptance criteria
Experience in an Agile and Scrum work environment
Ability to leverage internal networks to manage team efforts toward common goals and work effectively with colleagues to apply existing and new methodologies to help address complex client needs
Possession of excellent interpersonal, customer relationship management, and organizational skills
Possession of excellent analytical, problem-solving, and issue-resolution skills
SAFe or Agile CSM Certification
AWS or DevOps related Certification

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $73,100.00 to $166,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
