Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with hiring manager to define job requirements, qualifications and skills for open positions
• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates, utilizing various sourcing channels such as job boards, social media and networking
• Review and screen resume and applications to identify potential candidates for further evaluation.
• Conduct phone screens and interview to assess candidate’s qualifications, skills and cultural fit.
• Coordinate and participate in panel interviews and other assessment method, as needed
• Evaluate candidates using a combination of behavioral-based interviewing techniques, skills assessments, and reference checks
• Provide guidelines and support to hiring managers throughout the selection process, including making recommendations and facilitating the decision-making process.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear communication, providing timely feedback, and addressing candidates’ inquiries.
• Stay updated on industry trends, recruitment best practice, and legal requirements to enhance the effectiveness of talent acquisition processes.
• Collaborate with the HR team to improve recruitment strategies, employer branding, and onboarding processes.
