What skills, knowledge and experience will you need?

• Lead criterion - Experience of developing high quality, robust applications using the Microsoft Power Platform and Power Automate.
• Experience of working as part of a highly functioning multidisciplinary team supporting Agile/Rapid application developments environments.
• Knowledge and experience of assist with troubleshooting and the resolution of issues related to Power Platform applications.
• Experience of implementing best-practices and standards to delivery quality, clean to operate, maintainable and secure code/applications.
• Experience of creating, supporting and updating of technical documentation and processes.
• Knowledge and experience of managing support tickets within a ticket database such as ServiceNow.

You and your role

As an Associate Application Engineer, you will be integral to the development of applications and the conversion of legacy systems into low-code/power apps using Microsoft's Power Platform and Power Automate systems, contributing to the design. You will be a part of the larger development team and community, helping to champion best practices and adding your experience to the wider development discussion, whilst being supported in your continued learning and professional development.

Pay: We offer competitive pay of up to £38,373.

The position

• This full-time permanent position,you will be responsible for driving around the region based in and around Preston to complete audits on deliveries.
• Rate of pay: £24,082 per annum
• Weekly hours: 37.5 hours plus 30 min unpaid break
• Shift patterns 5 days out of 7 days, shifts between 6am-2pm, 2pm-10pm, 10pm-6am
• Working Environment: Ambient
• Full Driving License and access to your own transport is essential

A day in the life of a Warehouse Stock Operative

As a Mobile Accuracy Checker, you will work as part of a dynamic and supportive team in what can be described as a fast-paced and target driven environment to ensure the stock entering our customer store is accurate.

Job activities

• Audit the Inbound accuracy of multiple supplier deliveries at customer store level.
• Audit Picker accuracy of stock arriving at stores and fully investigate all errors found.
• Adhere to agreed audit and error verification procedures at all times.
• Maintain integrity at all times.
• Ensure the expected productivity levels are achieved, in line with customer expectations.
• Review daily targets in line with customer expectations.

Job specifics

• Able to actively respond to both verbal instructions and audible warning devices
• The ability to communicate well, both written and verbally.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
• You will be confident in their ability to add and subtract without the use of a calculator.

Working in the Motor Engineering Team, as an Engineering Technical Assistant you’ll be responsible for managing and controlling the damage spend within the Engineering unit, in relation to ongoing motor claims.

What you’ll be doing:

Valuing and providing the settlement of total loss claims on stolen unrecovered vehicles.
You’ll be instrumental in supporting our customers with Motor Technical queries during the claims process for both internal and external customers.
Ensuring all claims are managed within specific service standards and ensuring claims are adequately reserved and settled fairly.
During the assessment of vehicle damage claims, you’ll be using a variety of sources such as written reports, data, assessments from computerised estimating systems and digital images.
