We’re looking for a T24/TPH Engineer to:
- Design, develop, and improve the digital products and technology services we provide to our clients and employees.
- Apply a broad range of software engineering practices, from analyzing user needs and developing new features to automated testing and deployment.
- Ensure the quality, security, reliability, and compliance of our solutions by applying our digital principles and implementing both functional and non-functional requirements.
- Build observability into our solutions, monitor production health, help to resolve incidents, and remediate the root cause of risks and issues.
- Understand, represent, and advocate for client needs.
- Share knowledge and expertise with colleagues, help with hiring, and contribute regularly to our engineering culture and internal communities.
Your team:
In our agile operating model, crews are aligned to larger products and services fulfilling client needs and encompass multiple autonomous pods. You’ll be working in the WMI Core team in Pune focusing on WMI Core Technology Division managing Core Banking platform.
TEMENOS T24 is the core banking system that is extensively used by Wealth Management business users to perform critical business functions (covering Front Office, Traders, Operations, Treasury, Financial accounting etc.)
TEMENOS PAYMENT HUB is the core banking system that is extensively used by Wealth Management business users to perform client related payment functions.
We define the domain architecture strategy and solution engineering standards for Core Banking Platform within WMI Core Technology division and are responsible for developing, maintaining, and strategically transforming the application portfolio in close collaboration with our business sponsors supporting Private Banking (Wealth Management) division.
This role will be a part of WMI Core Technology division within the bank. The varied Technology landscape spans in Java, Spring boot, Microservices React JS, core banking products such as T24, TPH and related technologies. All the teams follow Agile and DevOps methodology to efficiently manage the development and delivery of technology solutions.
The Technology groups support the vision by providing digital capabilities, delivering high quality IT solutions and services to support the growth and profitability of the Bank.

Your expertise:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computers or equivalent focusing code development and maintenance.
- Ideally 10+ years of experience in a similar position focused on Core banking in a development role preferably with T24 and TPH.
- Interested in learning new technologies and practices, reuse strategic platforms and standards, evaluate options, and make decisions with long-term sustainability in mind.
- Strong communicator, from making presentations to technical writing.
- Hands-on experience and proficient understanding of Core Banking & Payment systems (Preferably in T24 &/ TPH) with comprehensive technical skills
- Good Knowledge in Java with ability to code
- Knowledge in T24 related technologies like TAFJ, ORACLE, Integration framework, DLM, Relational-Replication
- Good troubleshooting skills and hands-on DevOps experience
- Ability to collaborate with the onsite and offshore teams during solution delivery.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Highly proactive team player eager to support colleagues when needed.
- Prepared to take on responsibility for tasks and works independently.
