Job scope:

• To provide support on maintenance project.
• Handle system administration, network support, implementation, troubleshooting in Windows / Linux / Unix.
• Hands on experience in managing LAN / WAN / Routers / Switches / DNS / VPN and Firewall is preferred.

Requirements:

• At least a Diploma in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
• Must have at least 1-2 years of Server experience
• Able to work on scheduled standby on rotating weeks

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in day-to-day administration (technical and services) which includes handling of all incoming and outgoing correspondences, purchase orders, delivery orders, certificate and data entry & filing etc administration work.
• To provide sales support functions to technical and service, preparation of quotation, purchase inquiry and coordination with customers.
• Follow up with clients on additional work inquiry and continuous service work follow up.
• To assist operation manager and staff to keep update ship service schedule and work scope.
