How you’ll make a difference As a Technical Network Integrator, you’ll be responsible for delivering great service to our customers, both internal and external, through strong technical delivery management while managing multiple stakeholders to support RTB and the CTB within Enterprise Networks and Communications.  You’ll work closely with the Network Architecture Practice and the Network Operations Team, including external suppliers across multiple technology domains. You’ll make a difference by:
- Supporting all technical Network Engineering delivery.
- Keep up to date and share other programs where Network services play a key part in delivery.
- Assess and review complex delivery programs working with Network Architecture.
- Hold regular sessions to transition change into operations to ensure all governance has been met.
- Ensure overall visibility and communications is managed well to de-risk any impact to running and maintaining our Enterprise Network services. What you’ll bring
- Strong analytical and technical delivery skills.
- Experience of managing 3rd party suppliers and internal functions.
- Proven experience working within 24/7 financial operational environment.
- Confidence to act as a technical service lead in the team and point of contact for other operational teams.
- Ability to cope in a technically complex and fast paced environment.

How you’ll make a difference You’ll support on all aspects of the operation and development of Database Activity Monitoring (DAM) – Guardium controls. As part of the strategy to streamline the CISO organisation and inhouse key services, this role will insource Guardium resources and reinforce the Data Security team, with a DAM subject matter expert who can manage, develop, implement, and operate DAM tools (Guardium) and processes. You’ll also support the Data Security Manager with all Guardium operational, development and governance tasks, including system onboarding/agent implementations, whitelisting processes, system health-checking, testing and alert management.

- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in an information technology subject or relevant work history.
- Proficient in the operation of the Guardium Database Activity Monitoring system or equivalent system.
