C2 (Hull) has been in partnership with our client for the last 17 years and we now are looking to recruit the right person to join our Support Staff at night, providing support around our client's buildings in Hull. You will be working on a rolling rota four nights on and four nights off to provide cover 365 days a year, including bank and public holidays as necessary. Wage exceeds NLW and you receive double pay for any public holidays worked.

We are looking for someone who can think outside the box, remains calm in adversity and who is customer focused.

Working alongside our client you will be responsible for: -

• The health, safety, welfare and safeguarding of the service users.
• Reporting maintenance issues with the client's buildings.
• Liaising with the Emergency Services.
• Liaising with other Social Care Services as necessary.
• Carrying out user servicing on various equipment.
• Being the first point of call for the clients during the night.

The successful candidate: -

• Must hold a Full UK Category B Driving Licence Vehicles.
• Must be willing to undertake an Enhance DBS disclosure
• Be able to work unsupervised
• Be honest and trustworthy
• Have good decision-making skills
• Have good customer service skills.
• Have good problem-solving skills.
