General Responsibilities:
Develop comprehensive test plans based on project requirements, ensuring adequate coverage and thorough testing strategies.
Perform rigorous testing of software and systems, including functional, performance, and integration testing.
Identify and document defects and issues, collaborating closely with development teams to facilitate their resolution.
Implement test automation frameworks and scripts to enhance testing efficiency and repeatability.
Conduct regression testing to ensure that software updates and changes do not introduce new issues.
Uphold high-quality standards by performing continuous verification and validations of systems.
Maintain detailed records of test plans, test cases, test results, and issue tracking, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards.
Collaborate closely with clients to understand their specific testing requirements and provide updates on testing progress.
Identify areas for process enhancement in the testing lifecycle, contributing to the optimization of project quality.

Knowledge and Skills Required:
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
Proficiency in testing methodologies, tools, and scripting languages.
Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
Previous experience in quality assurance or a related field is advantageous.
Knowledge of industry requirements and standards is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the design, development, production, and delivery of analytical data reports to support operational reporting needs for the Global Quality System.

Various data sources shall be utilized, (e.g., Agile, Global QMS, Local QMS site data capture) and present to Senior QA Leads from Global and local sites.

Ensure reporting / KPI responsibilities and processes are documented, and reporting materials produced are subject to appropriate controls prior to distribution.

Reduce the reliance on manual data collection/spreadsheets by producing automated reporting solutions, utilizing existing tools.

Working with Process Owners to ensure the consistency, uniformity, and accuracy of global data.

Provide specialist knowledge in Global QMS processes to support Global Quality Systems management and other business stakeholders in data extraction for non-
routine reporting.

Use Business Analysis skills to help identify potential issues and propose potential solutions.

Act as the Global QA systems representative within cross functional teams on significant continual improvement IT / data projects.

Performs other assignments related to the department as directed by Leadership.
