Catch 22 are working with a leading Facilities Management organisation who are looking for someone to carry out building maintenance on manufacturing sites primarily across Leeds and Wakefield. The ideal candidate will be multi-skilled within a number of technical abilities, ideally with an electrical bias.
Role responsibilities;
• Carrying out PPM's and reactive & emergency breakdown tasks
• Assisting team members when required
• Reducing the sites energy consumption
• Overseeing visiting subcontractors
• Adopt a flexible attitude in relation to assisting on other properties within the portfolio
• Carry out work in a safe & diligent manner
• Accurately update and amend the CAFM System
• Build relationships with contractors and client
Ideal Candidate Experience;
• Engineering qualifications such as 17th Edition and ideally Commercial Gas tickets
• Strong, knowledge in building engineering competencies including Electrical, Mechanical, Gas, Refrigeration Pool Trained
• Experience of working in a maintenance role
• Detail conscious, methodical and intuitive in approach
• Able to work under pressure
• Able to anticipate and/or diagnose and repair faults
Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills
If you are successful in this role you will receive;
• Salary of around £38,000
• Holidays 25 days + Bank Holidays
