Mobile Plumbing & Heating Engineer (FM)
Location: This is a field based, mobile position covering the North-West London region.
The role covers the postcodes: NW, WC and W.
Carbon60 are looking to recruit an experienced plumbing and heating engineer to join their mobile maintenance team covering the North-West London area.

Permanent - Monday - Friday 8am - 4pm
Ability to obtain a DBS pre-employment.
Salary - £28,548 - £41,778 (DOE) + Benefits: Pension, Life Assurance, Use of company vehicle for personal use, Employee Shares Schemes, Reward programme & Employee Assistance programme along with many other benefits & employee discounts.
Role:
- Work with a range of clients undertaking inspection and repairs across a variety of commercial plumbing and drainage installations, including Pipework inspections, adaptions, and repairs.
- You should be capable of working to the highest level of service for the client, answering queries, reporting any defects, and keeping them informed of site activities at the time of the service visit.
- You will also be required to complete all work-related documentation accurately and on time, keeping logs of inspection reports and remedial work.
- You will have knowledge of Health & Safety, Permit to Work procedures and safe systems of working, have good verbal and written communication and be physically able to carry out the fuller duties detailed in the job description.
Required:
- The ideal candidate would have a background within Maintenance / Facilities Management environment or similar and be to either C&G Level 2 / NVQ Level 2 or equivalent / technical diploma.
